23.02.2023 update. Starting version 22.12.0 (2212) traditional setup failed with error -1073741819. Not sure right now what caused this and ... does not care much ... setup remake and solved.

January 2023 update: starting of (or just for this version, not sure) Java 11.0.18 when exe is used for msi extraction behind the scenes Java 11 is automatically installed (updated to), workaround applied.

Checked (as previously showed) and installed directly from Microsoft repository. Sometimes (in my experience for older devices relatively often) during traditional Windows Update feature updates some is not applied (error 0x800f0922 etc. appear), particularly concerning Cumulative Updates. In same time Windows does work ok in every visible aspect. In this case such a approach might be useful.
Applied also option to download (during first computer update) particular updates to local repository for quicker updates download for other computers, no need for those download update from internet.
Probably is necessary to use both ways – regular and direct updates when regular does not work for some updates.
Microsoft Windows Start Menu & Taskbar (for W11) customized
For current moment (13.10.2021) there is issues with (unattended, of course) customizing Windows 11 Start Menu.
As for Windows 10 there wasn't much need to customize Taskbar (when Microsoft Store was removed, anyway), but first look at Windows 11 required some modification to it.
